THE COMPANY

The founders of the company have been active in the construction and real estate development sector for the last 30 years. Initially, they started in 1993 exclusively with the construction of buildings in various areas of Attica, followed by the exploitation of real estate, leasing many of the properties they now owned.

FOUNDATION AND PURPOSE

Voynas C&PD was founded in 2004 for the purpose of building and exploiting residential and commercial properties. Over the years, the company's vision and services have expanded to include the undertaking of contracting projects, and it has managed to successfully complete projects with particular and complex specifications. Among others, these include constructions with special foundations, high-rise buildings, automobile garages, stores, professional offices and many others. Its vision is to provide innovative services with respect to people and the environment.

Today, the company is active in the field of exploitation of privately owned properties, undertaking contracting, as well as in the renovation of complex and demanding properties in the industrial, commercial and residential sectors. Through its many years of experience in the construction and exploitation of both residential and industrial real estate, it has successfully managed to lead the list of the top companies in the construction and real estate exploitation industry.

1993

The company started its activity in the field of construction and real estate development more than 30 years ago, back in 1993. Initially, it focused on the construction of buildings in various areas of Attica, while later on, it expanded into the exploitation of properties, leasing many of them that it owned. The guarantee was its satisfied customers, which brought it to light as a company - a pioneer in its field.

The company VOYNAS was founded in 2004 with the initial purpose of building and exploiting real estate in Attica. Subsequently, it expanded to undertake contracting and construction projects with special and complex specifications, such as constructions with special foundations, high-rise buildings, automobile garages, stores and professional offices. With its many years of experience, it was able to offer high quality and specialised services that included construction and contracting in the real estate sector.

The company is currently focused on the exploitation of privately owned properties, and on undertaking contracting work. Another sector that has expanded involves the renovation of demanding properties with special specifications, such as industrial centres, commercial shops and office buildings, in the industrial, commercial and residential sectors.
